Mr. Bakheet Al Rashidi
ChairmanMr. Bakheet Al Rashidi is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr. Bakheet Al Rashidi holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alexandria in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Al Rashidi has over 40 years’ experience ranging from the Oil & Gas sector to investment sector. Mr. Al Rashidi has sat in as Board Member for over 19 notable companies and participated in over 32 oil sector committees. Notable positions held by Mr. Al Rashidi are Minister of Oil and Minister of Electricity & Water from 2017 to 2018, President & CEO of Kuwait Petroleum International, and Deputy Chairman at KNPC.
Mr. Saleh Saleh Al Selmi
Vice-ChairmanMr. Saleh Al Selmi is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr. Saleh Al Selmi holds a Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Kuwait and has over 39 years of expertise in the field of financial advisory and asset management in addition to active involvement in derivatives particularly in the Kuwaiti market. Mr. Selmi is experienced in corporate strategic direction and maintaining an effective governance framework that serves the interests of stakeholders while preserving corporate assets. Mr. Selmi’s areas of expertise include active involvement in investment derivatives, corporate strategic direction, overseeing and monitoring the design and implementation of vital policies and procedures. Mr. Selmi is currently the Vice Chairman and CEO for IFA Group and is a board member for many notable companies.
Mr. Joachim Dudey
Executive DirectorMr. Joachim Dudey is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive director of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mr. Joachim Dudey holds a Bachelor in Commerce from the University of Dusseldorf. Mr. Dudey has over 33 years’ experience in the field of business administration, specializing in the financial sector for public infrastructure. Mr. Dudey’s areas of expertise include, international project finance, finance of infrastructure, wastewater financing, and project management.
Mrs. Muneera Al Bahar
Non-executive DirectorMrs. Muneera Al Bahar is a non-executive director of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Mrs. Muneera Al Bahar holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Kuwait in Industrial & Management Systems Engineering. Mrs. Al Bahar has over 19 years’ experience in the investment sector, working for various institutions like Kuwait Investment Authority, Gulf Investment Corporation and Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP). Mrs. Al Bahar areas of expertise include Managing feasibility studies development, evaluating the economic and technical assessments. As part of her role in KAPP she provides recommendations on tendering projects, developing PPP project concepts and selecting qualified PPP transaction advisors, managing the tendering process of the PPP projects in collaboration with other ministries.
Dr. Axel Bowmann
Non-executive DirectorDr. Axel is a non-executive director of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Dr. Axel holds a Doctorates in Law from the Humboldt University Berlin. Dr. Axel has over 18 years practicing Law and has been part of the WTE group since 2012. Currently he occupies the Head of the Legal Department position at WTE in Essen.
Mr. Ali Al Hati
Board SecretaryMr. Ali Al Hati is the Board Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company,
Mr. Ali Al Hati holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Alexandria and is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Egyptian Society for Accountants and Auditors. Mr. Al Hati has over 22 years’ experience in the financial sector which includes internal audit, external audit, financial accounting, financial reporting and cost management.
